These terms govern the provision of CAD modelling, fabrication drawing, DXF file, and related drafting services by AGX Engineering ("we", "us", or "our") to clients ("you"). By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
AGX Engineering provides CAD documentation services as agreed in a written fee proposal or project brief. All deliverables are prepared by experienced CAD professionals and are intended for use by qualified fabricators, manufacturers, and engineers. AGX does not provide engineering certification, approval, or sign-off.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property in the deliverables (CAD files, drawings, DXF files) transfers to the client. AGX Engineering retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate reference information, dimensions, and specifications. AGX Engineering prepares deliverables based on the information supplied and cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete client-supplied data.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as set out in the fee proposal issued for each project. Deliverables are released upon receipt of payment. Invoices are issued in Australian dollars (AUD).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AGX Engineering's liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant project. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
