Getting Started

What to Include in Your Enquiry

The more information you can share upfront, the more accurate our fee proposal will be. You do not need all of these — send what you have and we will ask follow-up questions if needed. Files can be attached to your email at enquiries@agxengineering.com.

  Sketches or reference photos

  Hand-drawn sketches, napkin diagrams, or photographs of the part or installation area all help clarify scope.

  Key dimensions

  Overall envelope, critical clearances, and any fixed dimensions. Rough estimates are fine at this stage.

  Material and fabrication method

  E.g. 5 mm mild steel plate, MIG welded; 3 mm aluminium sheet, press brake formed; HDPE machined.

  Existing drawings or CAD files

  Any PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, or IGES files you already have. Worn or partial drawings are fine — we work with what you have.

  Preferred file formats

  What does your fabricator or cutting operator need? PDF drawings, DXF profiles, STEP model, native SolidWorks files, BOM?

• 6

  Your target date

  Let us know if you have a hard fabrication or delivery deadline so we can confirm availability and prioritise accordingly.

Confidentiality: We treat all project information, drawings, and designs as strictly confidential. An NDA can be signed before the brief stage if required.
